Michaela Berndt, NP-C

I am a Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.  I grew up in Northwest Arkansas.  I started working with Dr. Bicak at The Clinic in 2020.

I obtained my Bachelor of Science  in Nursing  at  Saint Luke's College of Health Sciences in Kansas City, Missouri.  While there, I volunteered at Christ the King Catholic Church - preparing food and performing health assessments to help the underserved population in the area. 

I practiced as an RN for 5 years while obtaining a Master of Science in Advanced Practice Nursing at Graceland University in Missouri.   As an RN, I worked in the Emergency Room, Cardiac ICU, and Oncology Clinic.  As a Nurse Practitioner, I have managed patients in the nursing  home as the sole on site healthcare provider.

I have previously worked at Mercy Medical Center in Rogers, Northwest Hospital in Bentonville,  and Landmark Cancer Center in Rogers prior to joining The Clinic.  I enjoy providing care to people of all ages!

I enjoy spending time with my husband and kids doing various outdoor family activities together including hiking and canoeing.
